6.5 years cultivating technical relationships with Yahoo's largest programmatic advertisers. First taste of technical customer engagement at scale.

Early-stage technical work during the rise of the CDP. Learned to navigate ambiguity, build from scratch, and ship with customers.

Shifted to post-sales implementation. Learned what happens after the deal closes — and why shipping quality code matters more than the pitch.

From brand name to custom demo in 5 minutes.

Built an agentic AI platform that transformed how our global technical team prepares for customer engagements. Architected LangChain-based orchestration with an extensible MCP backend that autonomously researches prospects, synthesizes data, and generates production-ready demonstrations.

Loyalty CFx

Production-grade consumer experiences for enterprise deployments.

Architected and led development of a suite of fully-functioning mobile and web loyalty experiences — retail, QSR, fuel, and airline — serving as the primary platform for customer demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments across our global organization.

Conversational Loyalty AI

Real-time reasoning over live data through natural language.

Built a generative AI interface using Claude that queries live loyalty program data, explains point valuations, and recommends redemption strategies through natural conversation. Presented to executive leadership as a vision for the product roadmap.

Role-Based AI Agents

Deployed to 400+ people across the organization.

Championed and led the rollout of AI-powered assistants across Solutions, Delivery, and Product teams. Built a centralized RAG architecture supporting RFP responses, technical enablement, and knowledge management — scaling from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption.
